उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ में उस वक्त हड़कंप मच गया जब विजिलेंस की टीम ने दल-बल के साथ एक लेखपास को घूस लेने के एवज में रंगे हाथों पकड़ लिया..इस दौरान लेखपाल बार बार कहता रहा कि मैनें पैसे नहीं लिए हैं और मैं नहीं जाऊंगा..लेकिन अब तो लेखपाल साहब फंस गए थे इसीलिए विजिलेंस की टीम उन्हें टांगकर अपने साथ उठा ले गई क्योंकि वो किसी भी कीमत पर जाने को तैयार नहीं थे..
