कांग्रेस के दिग्गज नेता राहुल गांधी 2024 लोकसभा में कहां चुनाव लड़ेंगे इसको लेकर लगातार चर्चा बनी रहती है. ख़ासकर यूपी के अमेठी से जहां से वह पहली बार सांसद और 2019 तक सांसद रहे. लेकिन 2019 में जिस तरीके से अमेठी में स्मृति ईरानी ने उन्होंने धूल चटाई उसके बाद लगातार इस पर चर्चा होती है कि क्या वह वापस अमेठी आएंगे. कांग्रेस के नए प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अजय राय तो अमेठी में जाकर इसका ऐलान भी कर चुके हैं. लेकिन इन सबके बीच AIMIM के प्रमुख और हैदराबाद से सांसद असदुद्दीन ओवैसी सीधे चुनौती राहुल गांधी को दे दी. उन्होंने सीधे तौर पर कह दिया है कि अगर राहुल गांधी को हिम्मत है, तो वो हैदराबाद में आकर सीधे ओवैसी के खिलाफ चुनाव लड़ लें.

Especially from Amethi in UP from where he was MP for the first time and remained MP till 2019.But after the way he was defeated by Smriti Irani in Amethi in 2019, there is a constant discussion whether he will return to Amethi.The new state president of Congress, Ajay Rai has already announced this by visiting Amethi. But amidst all this, AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi directly challenged Rahul Gandhi. He has directly said that if Rahul Gandhi has the courage, he should come to Hyderabad and contest the elections directly against Owaisi.
