कौशांबी की सिराथू विधानसभा सीट से विधायक पल्लवी पटेल को हाउस अरेस्ट कर लिया गया. पल्लवी पटेल बिना निमंत्रण के ‘कौशांबी महोत्सव 2023’ में शामिल होने जा रही थी, केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाहआज इस महोत्सव का उद्घाटन किया. पुलिस को सूचना थी कि वो महोत्सव में हंगामा कर सकती हैं, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने उन्हें हाउस अरेस्ट कर लिया. वहीं प्रशासन की इस कार्रवाई पुर पल्लवी पटेल के समर्थक भयंकर फायर हो गए.
